USER AGREEMENT / TERMS OF USE (Toolloom)

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://toolloom.com/ and any related pages, online tools, and features (collectively, the “Services”), operated under the Toolloom name (“Toolloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
3) ELIGIBILITY
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4) THE SERVICES
Toolloom provides browser-based online utilities and tools (for example text tools, math tools, code tools, and similar utilities). We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue any tool or part of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee that any tool or feature will be available at all times, or that the Services will be error-free.
5) PRIVACY AND COOKIES
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information related

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate the Services and remember preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
6) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES
6.1 Permitted use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
6.2 Tool input and outputs
When you use a tool, you may submit text, code, data, URLs, images, files, or other content (“Input”), and the Services may produce results (“Output”).
- You are responsible for your Input and for how you use the Output.
- Output may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific purpose. You must verify results before relying on them.
- Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information unless you are comfortable with the associated risks of transmitting it over the internet.
6.3 No professional advice
The Services are provided for informational and utility purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
6.4 Security-related tools
If the Services include tools such as password generation, hashing, encoding/decoding, or similar security-related utilities, you acknowledge:
- we do not guarantee that any generated password or output is secure for your specific use case,
- you remain responsible for implementing appropriate security practices (e.g., MFA, password managers, modern hashing standards, secure key handling),
- you should not treat Output as a substitute for a security audit or professional assessment.
7) PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose;
- submit Input that you do not have the right to use or that violates third-party rights (e.g., copyright, privacy, trade secrets);
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, servers, or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services (e.g., introducing malware, scraping at abusive rates, denial-of-service, bypassing rate limits);
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services except to the extent permitted by law;
- use the Services to generate, host, or distribute malicious content (including phishing, credential theft, malware, or exploit code);
- use automated systems to access the Services in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce in the same period, unless we have given prior written permission.
We may suspend or block access if we believe you violated these Terms or if your usage poses risk to the Services, us, or others.
8) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Our content
The Services, including their design, text, graphics, logos, and the compilation of content (excluding your Input), are owned by Toolloom or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited license
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
8.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Services (excluding Output you lawfully generate), unless you have our prior written permission or applicable law allows it.
9) YOUR INPUT (USER CONTENT) – RIGHTS AND LICENSE
You retain any rights you may have in your Input.
By submitting Input, you grant Toolloom a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your Input solely to provide and operate the Services, improve functionality, maintain security, and enforce these Terms, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your Input and grant this license.
10) THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Services may reference or link to third-party websites and services (for example, content platforms or external resources). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
11) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TOOLLOOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE,
- OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE,
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED,
- THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Toolloom and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Services,
- your Input,
- your violation of these Terms, or
- your violation of any law or third-party right.
13) SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
