If you aren't using multi-cursor editing yet, you're missing out on some serious speed. By holding Option on Mac or Alt on Windows and clicking, you can place cursors in multiple spots at once. For even faster editing, try using Cmd+D (or Ctrl+D) to select the next occurrence of the word your cursor is currently on.
